BlackBerry Torch Email Management

Managing email has almost always been quite a task, given the number of spam messages that flood email addresses each year. It's not uncommon to find hundreds of spam messages per day, waiting for you in your online email. Many developers recognized this problem and began finding ways to outsmart spammers and keep your email free of junk. This has been perfected with mobile e-mail programs that truly do a great job of keeping junk mail out of your Inbox.

Many people choose to use emails from their online accounts. This is fine too. Filtering out those messages can be handled using online programs that will still be in effect when you use your Blackberry. The Blackberry Torch email management is superb. It's possible to organize everything into neat folders and files that give you searchability as well. If you're not into that, you can always revert back to your old online emails to read wherever you are. Having access to email is extremely important to most people that receive photos and messages from people around the world. You don't want to miss out on these important messages just because you're stuck at the airport. You can communicate with loved ones no matter where you are when you have a free Blackberry torch. Your free torch travels with you no matter where you go, and it always keeps you connected with the people you love the most.

  2. QUESTION:
    Blackberry Torch????
I am getting a new phone and wanted to know what people thought of the blackberry torch because that is what i am thinking of getting.

    • ANSWER:
I love my BlackBerry Torch because it has both a touch screen and slide out keyboard. This allows me to maximize the speed at which I move between application - some functions are easier to use with a touch screen, but I still find the BlackBerry keyboard easy to use. Also, I like the pinch to zoom feature. Facebook, and Twitter are pre-loaded. The Torch now comes in three colors. I have the black, but would have preferred the red.

Importantly, I got it for free from Wirefly.com, plus free shipping.

A292 Quad Band Dual Sim Cool Phone With Flashlight

Being a bit of a fashionista, I look at the colours when I purchase anything. And I liked this phone mostly because its red. It has some black on it too, but its the rouge that did it for me.
The A292 is a twin-sim phone, which means it has slots for two separate sim cards. You can effectively have two separate phone lines on it one for business and one for pleasure. This is handy when different phone providers have different sales and offers. With a dual sim cell phone, you can get the best of two worlds, literally.
Check the A292 to know more http://www.chinabuye.com/a292-quad-band-dual-sim-cool-phone-with-flashlight-black-with-red-border

It has all the basic phone functions voice calls, voice mail and text, weighs 90 g and has a standby by of up to 12 days. The phone has talk time of 200 minutes to 6 hours. Its a bit mannish, because at 107 by 46 by 14 mm, its quite chunky. This works if you prefer a good, solid phone in your hands rather than a tiny delicate one.
It comes in 9 languages: English, French, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Persian, and Thai. Its a bar phone no flips, twists or slides, which makes it even more solid. It has both audio and video functions, with 64 polyphonic ring tones, MP3 playback, FM, and stereo loudspeakers. The phonebook has room for 1000 numbers, and the alarm can be set to 5 groups.
The A292 has a standard keyboard input system and a T-Flash memory slot that lets you keep up to 4GB of data. It comes with a battery, a USB cable, a pair of earphones, a charger, and a manual.
Other features found on the phone are a calendar, a calculator, a task list, a currency converter, a stop watch, and a world clock. It also has a melody composer that can add to your flair by letting you create your own ringtone.
Unlike many fancy phones, the A292 comes with a flashlight. This is much more effective than the standard cell phone backlight, because it shines longer and brighter. Its a must-have to get you out of tight corners and dark spots. It has a sound recorder as well, so youre a virtual PI.
The phone also carries a health checker and an e-book reader. Given the music, video, radio, and e-book facilities, this phone is a walking entertainment system.
The A292 is available for order on wholesale and drop shipping basis. The more pieces you buy, the greater the discount, and as always with items on Chinabuye, you know youre getting good value for your money.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
Red Flashlight in BlackBerry curve 8520 ? What it means ? How can i stop it?
My BB is making a red flashlight and i don't have any new messages or missed calls or anything. It's really annoying i wanna know how i can stop it, and why it's making that ?
Please answer with explanation please :D
Plus don't forget to tell me how to stop it .
I am gonna be so thankful for any answer ..!

    • ANSWER:
That can also mean you have text messages, mms, pin, reminders like, calender, followup flags, tasks and voice mail, It does on my Blackberry curve 8530 (same as yours except it uses cdma instead of gsm hardware technology)
Go to the sound app icon upper top left corner click menu key on keypad and under sound profile and scroll down to set ring tones/alerts etc change those may stop that annoyance....I have not done so on mine as it does not bother me, I like the flashing red light cuz it alerts me to check my stuff, helping me not to forget etc.

  2. QUESTION:
"flashlight" on blackberry curve wont turn off?
I have a blackberry curve and starting today the light on the back of the phone also used as the flash for the camera or used as a flashlight for the phone will NOT turn off. I have tried turning the flash off of the camera (going to options), taking the battery out for a few minutes and turning my phone back on and also going to the options for screen/keyboard and adjusting everything there and the light will still not turn off. Does anyone know how to fix this problem??? Because it is KILLING my battery!!! Please give my solutions not suggestions IE: buy another phone, or take it back blah blah blah

    • ANSWER:
      Hi

It appears that the light is stuck. Before taking it back, I would recommend in taking it to the store, there could be a setting that your not seeing. Usually the settings that you were on should have fixed it.

The other solution is to hard wipe/scrub the device. This should restore your Blackberry. This option will also erase everything on your Blackberry so beware.

  3. QUESTION:
How can I make my BlackBerry's light flash different colours?
I downloaded a free flashlight app for my BlackBerry Curve. The app has like 6 or 7 different light settings, pink, blue, purple etc. The little light on the top right of my BlackBerry changes colours accordingly.

But, I would like to make my phone flash those colours when I receive messages, bbms, and whatnot. Do I need a special app for that, or is the option already on my phone?

    • ANSWER:
The option only ever existed on the 8100 to make the trackball flash different colours.

It is not an option on the phone to make the led flash anything execpt red for a new message, blue for bluetooth connectivety, and yellow for low battery.

If it can happen, then it's a 3rd party app not included with your BlackBerry.

  4. QUESTION:
How do I fix my dim blackberry pearl screen?
my phone went through the washing machine, and i took the battery out and vaccumed it and let it dry for 3 days..
everything works perfectly, i can even call ppl with it.
but i cant see the screen unless i shine a flashlight on it.
    wat should i do??!!

    • ANSWER:
You may need to replace the device. Even though other things are working properly, something is obviously wrong with the LCD. You could also try replacing the LCD screen.

  5. QUESTION:
HELP! Blackberry Curve 8300 can't get signal?
Several months ago I noticed one day that my blackberry was playing up. The flashlight at the back was on constantly for no apparent reason and I couldn't turn it off, and I couldn't get any signal. My parents have ignored my pleas to take it to a repairer and I am wondering if there is a way to fix it?!

I have left alone for several months now. The flashlight is no longer on but there is an 'x' where the bars of reception should be (and yes, i know there is reception in my current location).

It also says 'No service' were it should say the network provider.

    Thanks, all help appreciated!

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
Does anyone know what the best deals are for the blackberry torch 9800?
I really want to get this phone, but its only on contract so im looking for something that is around the £20-£25 a month, phone free and with Unlimited texts and I don't mind how many minutes there are. I also don't mind what network its on either.
Do you think the contracts would go cheaper after christmas?

    • ANSWER:
You will need to up your sites if you want the torch, Vodafone>O2>T-Mobile>fones4u etc
they are working out around £35.00 per month, contract,it's an expensive phone...,

  2. QUESTION:
    Best blackberry plan? Help?
Does anyone have an idea of where I could get a blackberry ( Bold, Curve, Torch) for less than 100 dollers on a 2-3 year plan , that includes unlimited text, minimum 50 calling minutes, and facebook , twitter, ect for the best deal? Something under 40 dollers a month preferably, if at all possible? Also any phone company would be acceptable. THANKS a million! :)

    • ANSWER:
Hi, I know that with AT&T you can get a Torch for with a 2-year contract, and it requires a minimum a month data plan on top of whatever your monthly bill already is. They occasionally run the Torch under a free deal (at Best Buy you could get it for through AT&T with a 2-year contract, right now I think it may be .)

  3. QUESTION:
Blackberry Torch, iPhone 3gs, or Motorola Backflip?
I have a Torch and put an ad on Craigslist to see what I can get it traded for out of curiosity. I got an offer for 0, offer to trade for excellent condition iPhone 3gs (16gb), and an offer for a Motorola Backflip. I don't mind my Torch, but these offers have got me a little tempted. I hate that BlackBerry apps suck, but its not a huge dividing factor for me because I love having the physical keyboard and am worried if I switch to an iPhone that I will hate the touch screen keyboard. Whats the best deal? Thanks.
PS- I currently do not have a data plan because I used my mum's upgrade, but my sim. I currently use my home wifi

    • ANSWER:
I have an iPhone and I wouldn't trade it for anything. You'll get use to the touch screen, you'll find that browsing the internet with touch-screen is very convenience, you also have more control. The apps for the iPhone are also tops, as they say, "There's an app for that" - and it's true. The one MAJOR flaw is that the ATT plan for iPhone is an ass rape and a half. Without a data plan, an iPhone loses most of it's function ability, it's really not that much fun without a plan. However, if you're willing to fork over a month for data, I'd say it's worth it, depending on how much you love using the internet. Having instant access to emails, Facebook, Twitter, MySpace.. anything, is tops.

So, i'd say iPhone, because Blackberry sucks and Motorola? that's sooo retro...

  4. QUESTION:
What Mobile Deal Could I Expect?
Two Contracts I have with Vodafone have ended. I'm now in the position that I want to upgrade my old phones, (one belongs to little sis the other to myself).

So far I've only been talking to Vodafone about my phone and they have offered me the following deal: BlackBerry 9300, 300 mins, unlimited texts, 2.5 something or other of webtime. (don't really use this) for £20 month less 5 month discount = £15 month. 24 month contract

The 9300 has some drawbacks as I see it Poor camera, small, low resolution screen, no radio

OK any of you guys who have updated lately what do you think is the best I can squeeze out of Vodafone?

I've been having a look at what's available out there and the one that attracts my attention is the BlackBerry Torch. Given that I'm prepared to renew two phones for 24 months is this to big of an ask at £15 month?

I really would like your views and practical suggestions. What's the best deal you've mentioned??

    Kevin
Spent some time checking out Vodafone deals and came up with these two.
Desirre hd 300 Minutes, Unlimited Texts, 24 Month Contract £15
Galaxy s 300 Minutes, Unlimited Texts, 24 Month Contract £15
I'm assuming that if they were prepared to offer me 1.5mb on the Blackberry there would be no difficulty getting the same here.

Popped into my local o2 shop this afternoon and they were offering me a slightly more expensive package than above but included the free o2 calls and 10 land line numbers. Do Vodafone offer free calls if so I wonder if they would go for 5 land line numbers per phone, considering I'll be retaining two phones with them? Anybody get free calls from Vodafone

    • ANSWER:
Hey Kevin....i have recently upgraded my phone with vodafone....

i have upgraded it to BlackBerry Torch 9800...amazing phone man....and the best part is i have got it so cheap and reasonable....along with it i have got amazing discounts in form of free texts, minutes, internet access....and free gift as well...

check it out buddy...it is awesome...

  5. QUESTION:
    iphone 4 or blackberry torch?
So I plan to get a new phone tomorrow and have been trying to decide for months whether I should get an iphone or a blackberry torch (if I get the torch I would also buy a new ipod touch; however thats just another cost and annoying to have the two devices), heres some info on what im looking for and i need an opinion of which would be best for me!
I currently have a blackberry bold 9000 and am obsessed with the bbm. Pretty well all my friends have it so i dont text often, I also use the group chat system a lot and I feel I would become out of contact with a great deal of people without bbm. I want a touch screen of some sort, however i do like the physical keyboard. I want a good camera and something that plays music, but i dont really care so much for the apps. I want a gps system and some games but dont really want to spend tons of money monthly to buy games and what not. I dont really make many calls I use my phone mostly for texting, messaging, facebook/tweeting and web browsing.
Which phone do you think would be best?

  3. QUESTION:
    Which smartphone for me?
I need a smartphone which suits better for me to handle my life. previously i use nokia n80. i got used to it. its calendar features is easy, and neat to use. i can watch my incoming or on going events on the home screen without the need for me to specifically to open the calendar application.

now im using iphone 4, but problem is it is over reliant on me to open the calendar application and check it manually. the alarm is only 1 time. when i unlock the phone, it is not notified anymore. i tend to forgot the current on going event unless i need to open this calendar to check. the home screen is basically not there. the lock screen is only for wallpaper. and nothing more. i have tried to look into afew calendar application in appstore, but failed to find any that suit my needs. it still needs to manually open to check. if there is any apps i missed out that do have these features i wanted, please enlighten me. to add on, the miss call, sms and email notification offered by iphone is quite poor. it only notified me once. once i unlock the phone without reading these sms or email, i wouldnt know there is new sms or email anymore. i need to unlock the phone when i feel like it and then i will realize there is un open sms or email. it is different from nokia where sometimes i just get my phone to check the clock, and i can see the new sms or misscall icon on the lockscreen.

but as i really need this features, thats why im considering to drop this iphone for a smartphone(touch screen preferably) that can suit my needs. so, is there any suggestion for a smartphone that have this features? i know nokia have this. but i prefer for any other brand than nokia. what i need is sms, email, calendar(as stated above), call, internet browsing and social networking(fb, ym, and such). what i dont really mind if these features is good or not is camera, mp3, video recording and games.
and of course, i want this smartphone to be as responsive as iphone. not exactly. but certainly unlike nokia x6, c6(if im not mistaken) which is quite laggy and such. the reason im asking here is i cant get to have hands on review on every phone. watching reviews on utube is just not enough as mostly only highlight about its specs, cameras, responsiveness and such. but not this calendar features

no, im not AT&T or Verizon as im not american. so doesnt have to take phone carriers into consideration :)

and also i would like to know if Blackberry Torch have this features i needed?

    • ANSWER:
Mate, Samsung Galaxy S II is a phone that I recommend. The touchscreen is pretty much as responsive as the one on iPhone's and it's quite smooth (but you might get a few small lags, but it's not very noticeable compared to the X6 and etc. which you can instantly see).

The Galaxy S II have widgets and I'm pretty sure there's a calendar widget so you only have to go through the home screen to see the events (if not, you can download calender widgets from Android Market). Also, unlike the iPhone, there's a notification bar at the top which shows you the latest un-opened SMS, emails and etc. and then you can pull it down to see more info on it.

Internet browsing is a bit better than iPhone's due to the larger display and you get more of a desktop like experience because of Adobe Flash Player. It is capable of handling Social Networking services as there are apps for those.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
Does the blackberry torch take video?
I just got my blackberry torch, but the brochure only talks about how to take a picture. Can it take videos to?

    • ANSWER:
      User Guide - BlackBerry Torch 9800 Smartphone - 6.0

      Record a video
Before you begin: To perform this task, you might need to have a media card inserted in your BlackBerry® device.
On the Home screen, click the Media icon > Video Camera icon.
To start recording, click the record icon.
To pause recording, click the pause icon.
Note: The approximate amount of storage space available for saving videos appears on the lower part of the screen when video recording is paused.

  2. QUESTION:
How can I download a video from my Blackberry torch to my computer using the usb cord?
Im having trouble downloading a video from my phone to my computer using my usb cord. Ive tried to importn to windows and sync but no luck. Ive also tried to save the video to my memory card but it doesnt give me the option to save to the card. Can someone help me?

    • ANSWER:
If the video is on the *Device Memory* (not an SD Card) then there are two solutions. One is to copy the video to the SD Card. Please make sure you actually HAVE an SD card inserted. Make sure the USB cable is NOT inserted. On the blackberry, navigate through media to your video. Highlight (do not open) and press the "Menu" key. There you can choose either copy or move. Move is your better option. In the subsequent menu that appears, travel to a location on your SD card (or "Media Card") that suits you and copy/move it there. Once moved, insert the USB cable and choose to mount the media card. On the computer you will see a new drive appear much like you just inserted a thumb drive. From there you navigate to the location you just moved the video and voila!

Now, if you *don't* have an SD card, the other solution is to use Blackberry Desktop Manager **WITH** Media Manager. Travel here: https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/Downloads/browseSoftware.do;jsessionid=00C54D2CFEF37714E2E1E206629F9B49.node1 and in the drop down, select "Blackberry Desktop Software 4.6" - This is an all around favorite and trusted version of Desktop Manager. Click "Next"

Look for "Desktop Manager 4.6.0 B27 English - With Media Manager" - You can choose a multilanguage one instead but the important thing is that it INCLUDES MEDIA MANAGER!!!. Download and install. Once Desktop Manager is running, click "Media" and Roxio Media Manager will load. From here, you can view the contents of the device memory allowing you to copy media to/from the device memory.

      Good luck!

  3. QUESTION:
Good video tutorials on the white Blackberry Torch?
Does anyone know if there are anyone good video tutorials on the white Blackberry Torch? I would like the phone in the video to be white because that is the color I'm getting.

    • ANSWER:
Why does the color matter? Are there serious differences? Or are you just a racist?

I'm reporting this question, because you are obviously a member of the KKK and enjoy lynching people. What kind of sick person enjoys that?

  4. QUESTION:
I.want to sell my blackberry torch, ipod video 30 gig, and my original xbox in order to get an iphone?
Where should i sell my things ebay or amazon

    • ANSWER:

  5. QUESTION:
Can the Blackberry Torch make video calls?

    • ANSWER:
No, it can't. It doesn't feature a front-facing camera for starters and RIM has not implemented any type of video calling API or feature yet for BB OS 6.

Sometimes I feel RIM is trailing behind for no purpose, just to get their loyal people (while they last) to keep upgrading to the latest (yet pointless) models they (re) introduce like the Blackberry Curve 8520/8530 to a 9300.... :/...... stupid. Blackberry Storm to Blackberry Storm 2, Blackberry Bold 9700 to 9780, both of which can run OS 6 perfectly.

Full QWERTY On The Blackberry 9780 Bold

If you have seen the Blackberry 9780 Bold, you must have noticed the full QWERTY keyboard on the face of the smart phone. You may be wondering what use of this is since there are a lot of people who prefer touch screens. Here, you will get to know the advantages of having a keyboard as opposed to having a keypad or a touch screen.

Have you ever tried replying or composing a text message with the use of a touch screen or keypad? Sure, we have grown accustomed to these features in the past. However, you have to admit that it can be time-consuming and lacking. There are numerous symbols, letters, and numbers on a keypad. With touch screens, it will take a time to access them. With QWERTY keyboards, you gain access to a complete list of symbols, character, letters, and numbers. It will be as if you are typing on your computer's keyboard. This will exactly be the case with the Bold.

This is the same way when it comes to emails. Wouldn't you rather write down the entire story compared to having limited things to say? This will not be the case with the Blackberry 9780 Bold. With this complete keyboard, you will be able to say everything you need to say. You will need to say the whole story.

We have always enjoyed instant messaging services. Unfortunately, they have always been a problem with mobile phones. It is difficult to chat with a few options for typing. You would have to wait till you get to your home or office computer. With the Bold, this will never be a problem. The phone was designed to make IMs easier like all phones by Blackberry.

These days, there are a lot of people who are on the go and travel a lot while working. This means that they do not always get to enjoy the convenience of their own office. This also means that making and viewing documents will sometimes be a problem. On the phone, documents will never be a problem. You can open spreadsheets, word files, and presentations. The phone also allows you to edit and make new ones. This is the beauty of having a complete keyboard.

As you can see, there are so many advantages to having this type of keyboard. Would go through all the frustration with other phones? This is the full QWERTY keyboard on the Blackberry 9780 Bold.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
How to remove scratches off my Blackberry Torch's screen?
So I got a Blackberry Torch about a month ago and there's a couple minor scratches on the screen. I've heard toothpaste works, and the only one I have is Crest Extra White (or something along those lines).
I can't buy any special products for it, so any ideas for household things to remove scratches? Should I try toothpaste?

    • ANSWER:
I wouldn't use toothpaste on my Blackberry.
Try Displex, or Applesauce Brand cleaner...

  2. QUESTION:
    iPhone 4 or Blackberry Torch?
I'm 16 years old and getting a new phone for Christmas!
I'm stuck debating between the iPhone 4 and Blackberry Torch.
I've been looking at reviews and comparisons of both phones but I just can't seem to figure out which is better for me.
I'm an avid texter and the physical keyboard and touch keyboards on the Blackberry sound perfect.
But, I don't have an ipod touch like every other teenager on the planet nowadays. So would that be the better deal with all the apps I can get?
Both have monthly fees to pay, I believe, so that doesn't really come into consideration.
I'm also a pretty frequent talker so a solid battery would be preferable.
Internet is not as important to me, other than facebook and google I really wouldn't use it as much.
Plus, I'm coming from an EXTREMELY basic phone, the original LG Shine, where there really aren't any special features whatsoever, not even a full keyboard.
All in all, what phone do YOU think I should get? Considering I'll have it for years to come and I don't want something I'd get bored with right away, it really will be a big decision for me to make and any help would be wonderful.

    • ANSWER:
The newly announced BlackBerry Torch is widely recognized as the latest attempt to make BlackBerry relevant to the non-business crowd, in other words, the regular consumers who have been choosing iPhone and Android over BlackBerry. So lets take a look at how the BlackBerry Torch stacks up against the iPhone 4.

iPhone 4 vs. Droid X: How do they compare?
.One of the biggest and most important differences between the BlackBerry Torch and the iPhone 4 is the operating system these phones use. iOS4 has received great reviews, even though it has recently had security issues. The Torch uses the brand new BlackBerry 6 operating system, which launched with the announcement of the Torch.

BlackBerry 6 maintains all of the messaging and productivity features beloved by BlackBerry users, but it also adds in significant social networking and media features in order to appeal to the average consumer who has come to expect those features in a smartphone. Even still, its likely the average smartphone user will still prefer the simplicity of the iPhone interface over the revamped look of BlackBerry 6.

      IN PICTURES: Apple's iCandy

The BlackBerry Torch has an obvious advantage for those who prefer physical keyboards or haven't decided if they prefer typing on keys or a touchscreen yet. The iPhone has no physical keyboard, so it's not even a competition. The Torch includes a touchscreen, which is rare for BlackBerry devices, and utilizes many of the same multitouch gestures for navigation found in other touchscreen phones.

Another area where BlackBerry wins is in mobile browsing. A new WebKit browser in the BlackBerry 6 operating system has already been tested and is shown to be faster than the browser included in the iPhone 4. The WebKit browser scored significantly better than iPhone or Android phones in an Acid3 test, which indicates a faster and better browsing experience.

In many other areas, the BlackBerry Torch is similar to the iPhone 4. It has Wi-Fi and GPS capabilities, and while it has less internal storage (4GB) than the iPhone (16GB or 32GB), it has a microSD card slot that can expanded up to 32GB. BlackBerry 6 also has a revamped media player that mimics that of the iPhone, with cover art and searching capabilities reminiscent of iTunes. There is even an app store for the Torch.

Perhaps the most obvious similarity is that they are both on the AT&T network, which has taken a beating from iPhone users for poor reception and dropped connections. It remains to be seen if the BlackBerry will have the same level of reception woes the iPhone 4 has had.

But that's where the similarities stop and the iPhone starts to look better and better.

For instance, the iPhone app store is much better than the BlackBerry App World 2.0 that the Torch uses. And by better we mean in both quantity and quality of apps. The iPhone also trumps the Torch's battery life (iPhone: 7 hours talk time, 10 hours of video, 40 hours of audio; Torch: 5.5 hours talk time, 6 hours of video, 30 hours of audio) and has a front facing camera for video conferencing.

One of the biggest advantages the iPhone 4 has over the Torch is in display quality. The Torch has a 480 x 360 pixel resolution, which is actually last-gen technology that most new smartphones on the market exceed. The iPhone 4 takes it a step further with the highest-resolution display in a smartphone: 960 x 640 pixel resolution. This Retina Display technology in the iPhone renders images much sharper than those found in any phone, let alone the Torch.

To top it all off, the iPhone 4 A4 processor is also significantly more powerful than the one in the BlackBerry Torch, making the iPhone 4 more snappy and responsive.

While the new BlackBerry Torch does wonders for bringing the BlackBerry line up to date with current smartphone technology, it also doesn't do anything to make the Torch stand out. It brings BlackBerry up to the general level of the competition, but no further. And that means it will be hard to stand out against smartphones, such as the iPhone, that have been leading and innovating all along.

  3. QUESTION:
how easy is it to hide the blackberry torch 9880 in class?
Well, im getting the blackberry torch 9800 soon, and i want to know how esily it is
hiddin in class. i am in a public school middle school, and classes average
about 35 kids per class. how easy is it to hide the phone in class?
im mainly talking about how esily it is hidden in your pocket. actually this year i have a special sweatshirt for my band class there is a secret pocket inside the pocket and it is perfect for hiding cell phones. but just in case i cant use it one day, how esily is it hidden in your pocket?

    • ANSWER:
In my opinion it hides very easily. I have the Curve 8530 which is about the size of a deck of cards. You can check out the link below to view the size of mine in comparison to a deck of cards, MP3 player as well as a pad of yellow sticky notes to give you an idea. But I tend to carry mine in my pocket quite frequently and its hardly noticeable at all. So a simple switch of the sound profile to silent while its in your pocket will keep anyone from knowing you have it.

      Hope this helps!
